We worked with Joe to design our vacation home near Lake Bellaire MI.

I found Joe researching firms that had design experience with Frank LLoyd Wright style homes.
I have been in the construction industry my entire life and have built/ remolded 4 homes and was very familiar with the construction process.
Joe visited the rather challenging site and we provided him an written narrative of the home including rooms, and features we desired.

Joe produced a hand sketch of the home and we loved it! He proceeded with the final design, helped to select contractors, and worked with us during construction. We have moved into the completed home and just love Joe’s design! He captured all of the features and did a excellent job in keeping with the theme Wright style home.

Joe and his staff are very professional, practical, and a real pleasure to work with. Joe is truly a stand out in his field!
